Acra Hotel - Special Category - Istanbul

Location near major attractions, like the Blue Mosque, is a highlight. The staff cared and were really nice. Zeynet even brought me hot milk and honey when I lost my voice. Breakfast had a decent variety, and cleanliness was noticeable in the room. The bathroom door didn't stay open, and the air conditioning struggled to cool down the room sufficiently. I also noticed the outdated furniture could use some refreshing. It had charm but needed better maintenance for a fully enjoyable stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a great location. The hotel provided excellent wifi for planning daily activities and offered a good breakfast at a rooftop terrace with amazing views.

problem with informations about Visa card. Thez ask too much information than usual.

Location - steps from evewrything but on quiet street. Historic building, breakfast hall is like underground, some columns and ancient walls restored. Very clean and comfortable, a rear thing in Sultanahmet if less then 5 stars.

The location was perfect, with major attractions like the blue mosque just a short walk away. The breakfast was wholesome, especially aziz, were helpful and friendly.

the fridge in my room didn't work.

Excelent relation with a very friendy staff. If I will be back to Istanbul, I will stay to Acra. Splendid!

Consider me officially shocked

The location is astonishing, just minutes from major attractions. The staff, especially Okan and Zeynet, is friendly and goes beyond to assist. The breakfast is plentiful, yet the variety can be improved. Some noise from the street can disrupt. All in all, a good stay that far was really good!

the hotel is clean and very nice dedcorated and in the center of sultanamet area so just a short walk u will enjoy all the tourist attractions the staff is very helpfull polite and speak good english they also have a delicious breakfast for sure i will stay there again

It was announced with parking at a location near by and it resulted it was on the street so I think this is not true information... The breakfast was quite poor and not acourding to the price we payed...WE Were charged with one bottle of water that was on the table and not in the mini bar menu>which I don t think it s apropiate ...

I loved the rooftop breakfast that offered fine views over the sea and the historical skyline. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. I was impressed by the personalized service from the staff. They remembered my preferences.

Location was very good. Room size and decolation were good.

Bed sheets and comforter were very poor. The sheet was only one and the comforter was not with cover.

Room was good and comfortable. i must say that it was very comfortable. staff was very friendly and ready to help. afternoon or evening complimentary tea at lobby is a good service. breakfast was good also.

i found the size of superior room not very big like in pictures. it would be good if superior room was little bigger than a normal standard room.
